I’m a Keller Williams agent in Texas and a dear friend of mine’s children, who live in the Huntsville area, wanted to buy a house last year and had no idea where to turn –it was their first time. She was very quickly and easily able to understand our taste, price-range, and preferences allowing her to provide a level of surface we had never seen or heard of.When we arrived for our house hunting trip in Huntsville she picked me up at the airport, showed me around town, and made me feel comfortable as we visited over 25 houses in one weekend that met our price and taste criteria. Her hard work and customer service led us to put an offer a house that same weekend.

The reason for our recent purchase is because my husband was diagnosed with cancer and we felt like we needed something quickly to be in the same city that he was going to have treatment in. We did not give Karen a lot to go on as far as what we wanted but that we wanted a condo or townhouse with a set dollar amount. As we felt our world was crashing down around us, it was great to know that we had a realtor that was considerate of our needs and basically handled everything for us. There is no doubt what so ever that Karen EXCEEDED my expectations.!! It all began when I decided to move forward in locating and buying a home. My first course of action was to start my internet and ad search for a new home. I located several listings that were of extreme interest and contacted Karen for more information.
