I’m a Keller Williams agent in Texas and a dear friend of mine’s children, who live in the Huntsville area, wanted to buy a house last year and had no idea where to turn –it was their first time. The reason for our recent purchase is because my husband was diagnosed with cancer and we felt like we needed something quickly to be in the same city that he was going to have treatment in. We did not give Karen a lot to go on as far as what we wanted but that we wanted a condo or townhouse with a set dollar amount. There is no doubt what so ever that Karen EXCEEDED my expectations.!! It all began when I decided to move forward in locating and buying a home. My first course of action was to start my internet and ad search for a new home. I located several listings that were of extreme interest and contacted Karen for more information.
